The CMG Police Department is obligated to take every complaint of alleged police misconduct or improper performance made by a member of the public; where the complaint involves one or more CMG Police Department member engaged on-duty or off-duty.

Any person who feels he or she has been the victim of police misconduct. If the complainant is a minor, under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor when filing the complaint.
